This agreement applies to distance sales concluded between GLOBALVORE FOODS INTERNATİONAL TRADE GIDA ULUSLARARASI TİCARET VE YÖNETİM DANIŞMANLIĞI LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“SELLER”) and a consumer (“BUYER”) via https://www.globalvore.com or the SELLER’s phone / email / contact form channels.
Important: This website currently has no online cart, payment or automated checkout. When a sales contract is formed through “contact us” or other remote means, the terms below apply.

2. Scope
This agreement sets out the parties’ rights and obligations regarding products sold and delivered by the SELLER under applicable Turkish consumer and distance-sales rules (Law No. 6502 and related regulations).
3. Product, price and payment
Product type, quantity, unit price, taxes (if any), delivery fees and total amount are confirmed to the BUYER in writing (email or similar durable medium) when the order is accepted. Payment method is agreed at order confirmation. Prices are in Turkish Lira unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on stock, product nature and destination and are stated in the order confirmation. Delivery is made to the address provided by the BUYER. Visible damage or shortage should be recorded with the carrier and reported to the SELLER without delay.
5. Right of withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by written notice to info@globalvore.com, unless an exception applies.
6. Exceptions
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons,
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
- Other exceptions under applicable law.
Many Bakker products are foodstuffs; opened packaging or broken cold-chain / storage conditions may exclude withdrawal.
7. Returns and refunds
Where withdrawal applies, the SELLER refunds within the legal period after notice and return of the goods. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
8. Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the BUYER’s place of residence or where the transaction was made are competent, within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Entry into force
By confirming the order in writing or completing payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted these terms.
