1. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled via info@globalvore.com or +90 312 255 37 73 before preparation or shipment. After preparation/shipment has started, cancellation is assessed case by case.
2. Returns
If goods are damaged, incomplete or defective, notify the SELLER within a reasonable time. For food products, opened, partly consumed or improperly stored goods may be refused for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Statutory rights for defective goods remain reserved.
3. Shipping damage
Record damage with the carrier where possible and email photos and order details to info@globalvore.com.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid within the legal period after the goods reach the SELLER and are checked, using the original payment method where practicable. Return shipping for defective/damaged goods is borne by the SELLER; for withdrawal returns, the BUYER usually bears return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
